The Monkey in the Zoo was written to focus on a few of life’s choices and the decisions individuals choose to make. It is a simple story as told through the eyes of a monkey observing poor personal choices zoo visitors make and consequences of drug abuse. Encouraging students to make good choices and focusing on the importance of education are the positive messages hopefully gained.
